Brian started his career as a professional actor then moved into television production. After an MBA at London Business School, he became a member of the faculty at Ashridge Hult – one of Europe’s leading business schools. He founded Visionworks in 1990. When he’s not helping executives improve their presence and communication skills, he can be found doing the Argentinian Tango, trekking or practising T’ai Chi.
Matthias has a Master’s degree in business administration and computer science from the University of Zurich and is also a qualified practitioner in mediation and conflict resolution. He founded a highly successful improvisation company in his native Switzerland and now works globally, specialising in presence, business improvisation and corporate storytelling.
Kate has over twenty years’ experience as a freelance theatre director, facilitator and coach. She has worked with many theatres worldwide including the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Deutches Schauspielhaus (German National Theatre) in Hamburg and is currently an Associate at the National Theatre in London. She works with actors and leaders to help them communicate clearly and with maximum impact.
Carol started her career as a professional actress and has received Best of the New York Fringe awards for her one-woman shows. She now works with global brands helping their leaders to increase their executive presence and storytelling skills. She is a sought-after commentator on leadership issues and is a keynote speaker at major conferences.
In 2009, at the age of 27, Brendan became the youngest skipper to win the world’s most demanding sailing event – the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. He wrote a successful book ‘Team Spirit’ detailing the lessons he learned about leadership and resilience during his time at sea. He now delivers keynote speeches and leadership masterclasses to clients around the world.
Jack has spent more than twenty years delivering experiential learning and development initiatives for clients in every sector across the world. Jack’s work features engaging tools and techniques developed during his portfolio career as a storyteller, playwright, composer, musician and journalist. He has collaborated with artists such as Tim Robbins, Yoko Ono, Tom Waits and Marianne Faithfull. His most recent work is Captain Greedy’s Carnival staged by The Actor’s Gang in Los Angeles.

Her interests lie in coaching dynamic delivery, creating engaging content, cultivating emotional intelligence and empowering women’s leadership. Mike specializes in leadership – particularly collaborative influencing – coaching and cross-cultural management. He is an adjunct professor of Leadership Practice at Hult Ashridge Business School and has worked with many organisations all over the world and in differing sectors including banking, healthcare, energy & government. He has written five books on leadership, including The Leader’s Guide to Influencing and The Leader’s Guide to Coaching & Mentoring both of which were shortlisted for best practical business book of the year.
Eva is a facilitator and coach with more than 20 years’ experience of working with business leaders around the world to develop their leadership and communication skills. Prior to her involvement in executive education, Eva worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co and also led large teams in her roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. Eva is the author of several documentaries and plays for Czech Radio. Eva earned her Ph.D. in Dramatic Arts at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
